Working at home sometime could be very comforting but it could be also exhausting because, you do not have enough resources at home the way you have at your office or organization such as laptop, Wi-Fi, chairs etc. so the first thing is to start working at home is to create your work station, if you have space in your house allocate a specific place to your work.
